The City has released a working draft of the 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan, outlining priorities for th eCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. We got some exciting news yesterday - Hudson River Housing was selected to participate in the Stable Communities/NeighborWorks America Neighborhood Marketing Program. This was a highly competitive process.
