City of Poughkeepsie releases draft 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan

The City has released a working draft of the 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan, outlining priorities for th eCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. These programs are critical housing and community development tools, and also address the broad range of social services available in Dutchess County.

Middle Main Street: Poughkeepsie' Little Oaxaca?

We got some exciting news yesterday - Hudson River Housing was selected to participate in the Stable Communities/NeighborWorks America Neighborhood Marketing Program.  This was a highly competitive process.  Less than 50 organizations from around the country made the first cut and were invited to submit an application, and only ten total were selected to participate.  Through the program we'll have access to marketing experts, neighborhood revitalization best…
